At Kazemi Construction, we can handle any size construction/renovation projects. Our range varies from simple projects like installing the windows to redesigning/rebuilding a basement or any living space.
Does Kazemi Construction offer Design/Build construction services?
Yes, we do. This allows us have control over the project cost and duration of the project to meet your clients’ needs. We work closely with our lead designer, architects, and engineers during the design phase of your project to ensure that our clients’ interests and goals are our top priority.
What do I need to do before starting my project?
Bring us your plan and your budget! When we meet for the initial site consultation we can then provide and direct you by supplying you with project specific advice.
Do I need to move out during the renovation?
Although this decision is entirely yours to make we do encourage alternate living arrangements while your project is under construction or renovation.
How do I know the job is being done correctly?
Our project managers will set up a scheduled on site meeting with you, our client, at the end of each job phase. This ensures that you are aware of your project’s progress and the results.
How much will it cost?
Your project is unique to you. After we are contacted, we schedule a site consultation where we as a team will review your project ideas and budget. From there we can put together a working set of drawings and decide on the scope of work and the finances required to bring your idea to completion.
How long will my project take?
All projects have different timelines. Once we have our on site consultation we will provide you with a schedule specific to your project. You will be able to see the time sensitive milestones that as a team we will provide you.
